Do I need to pre-book my parking at Melbourne Airport?

How do I work out parking rates?

Pricing is based on how long you're staying. Enter your entry and exit dates in our online quote calculator and you'll get an instant price. If you'd rather talk it through, give us a call on 03 8597 7578 and we'll walk you through it.

Is my car parked undercover or under a shade cloth?

Accepted Answer

Every self-park spot at SkyPark is inside our purpose-built, multi-level facility — fully undercover and protected from sun, rain, hail and bird droppings. The only exception is our Outdoor Valet option, which is open-air (you'll know upfront if you've selected it) but still inside the same secure facility. SkyPark is one of only three purpose-built self-park airport parking facilities in Melbourne.

Do you offer long-term airport parking?

Absolutely — long-term parking is where we shine. The longer you stay, the better the daily rate. No need to call for a quote; just enter your dates in the calculator and you'll see the price straight away.

What happens if I arrive early?

Accepted Answer

No problem — if you arrive earlier than your booked entry time, we'll happily accommodate you at no extra charge, subject to availability. Just drive up and the system will let you in.

Which airport terminals do you stop at?

Accepted Answer

We drop off and pick up from the Hotels & Off-Airport Buses zone (the Brown Section) at Melbourne Airport — the same drop-off point used by every airport parking shuttle. Melbourne Airport is compact, so it's a short, easy walk from the Brown Section to any of the four terminals (T1, T2, T3 and T4). Just look for the brown signage on arrival.

Can I leave my car keys with you?

If you've chosen Valet, yes — we securely hold your keys in an electronic key safe until you return, then bring your car back to you ready to go. If you're Self-Park, you keep your keys with you the whole time and head straight to your spot.

Is the shuttle bus free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — free shuttles to and from Melbourne Airport are included with every booking. Our shuttle runs on-demand so you're never left waiting around, and there are no hidden fees or add-ons.

What if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

No stress — there's nothing to reschedule. On your return day we'll text you a pickup link, and once you've landed and collected your bags, just click it and a shuttle will be dispatched. You're in control of the timing, not a schedule.

Do you offer valet parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Drive up, hand over your keys, and we'll park your car in our dedicated valet area — then bring it back to you on your return. Valet pricing shows up automatically in the online calculator when you choose the valet option.

How secure is the parking facility?

Accepted Answer

Very. SkyPark has 120+ CCTV cameras covering the entire facility, a fully fenced perimeter with controlled vehicle gates, and we run 24/7 with staff on-site almost all the time. Pedestrian access is restricted outside business hours for added peace of mind — your car is always accessible via your booked vehicle gate. We can also give you a jumpstart if your battery's flat when you return.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Yes — the easiest way is to email info@skyparkm.com.au and we'll sort it out, or give us a call on 03 8597 7578. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your entry time are free of charge. We don't currently offer self-service modifications online, so email or phone is the way to go.
