We started using sky park Melbourne a few years ago its a brilliant run service love it .Recently left our vehicle at sky park for 10 days and whilst waiting to board our flight i had a funny feeling i forgotten to lock the car but thought its so secure i shouldn’t need worry and i was right when Terry picked us up from the airport so friendly and helpful he assured me even unlocked our car was 100% safe .when we got back to our car I actually did forget to lock it and it was absolutely fine .would never leave my car anywhere else . We couldn’t fault Sky Parking, from start to finish the whole experience was fabulous. We opted for the Valet parking option and the service was impeccable. Our driver Terry was both professional and friendly. Thanks Sky Parking we will be back!!

Like Clockwork! This was probably my third time parking here. Friendly people with good old fashion service. On arrival back at the Airport, I walked out to a waiting SkyPark shuttle. The shuttle took me straight back to my car which had been enjoying the undercover parking. I’ll be back!

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! SkyPark Melbourne Airport Parking was an absolute breeze to use. The pricing is fantastic, and the valet service made the start of our trip completely stress-free—you just drive right in, and the team handles loading your bags straight onto the shuttle bus. A special shoutout to our shuttle bus driver, Terry! He was fantastic, super friendly, and explained the whole drop-off and pick-up process clearly so we knew exactly what to expect. Safe, nearby and convenient place to park your car when travelling to and from Melbourne airport. The staff onsite are very friendly, helpful and professional. Our shuttle bus driver Terry was very helpful and professional in helping us to load and unload our luggage.

The process of entering, parking and getting to the airport was smooth. We were helped with our luggage while I parked the car. The van was waiting for me when I returned to the waiting room. The van was large and very comfortable. On our return from our trip we followed the instructions to be picked up and the pickup was prompt. All round excellent service.

Online booking was made so easy. Dropped off the car, jumped on a shuttle driven by Terry, who is very friendly. Realised made an error in the booking, called the service team, was very helpful to have it all sorted out. Notified that we’re ready to be picked up, waited less than 5 mins, Phillip picked us up and drove back to collect our car. If you would like undercover car park surrounding Melbourne Airport, you won’t be disappointed with SkyPark. Thanks heaps to all the crew.
