Clean and secure. Skypark provides an exceptional service with Terry giving us very clear instruction on how pick up and delivery works. Their service and secure parking location left us with an ease of mind that our car would be safe and secure for however long you needed to leave your car there.

Fabulous experience with SkyPark. Only had to wait a few minutes to be picked up and Terry was a treasure - so helpful, friendly and made the quick trip to collect the car very enjoyable! Will definitely be using their services again. We can highly recommend!

Terry & Phil transferred us to and from the airport after parking at SkyPark, this was an excellent service, Terry and Phil were fantastic. Once we arrived and parked, the shuttle was ready waiting for us and the same once we landed. Our car was safe and secure over a 5 day period, we will be back to use this service again! Thank guys 👍😁

Very easy and convenient. Easy to get to from the freeways and decent sized parks. Shuttle was quick enough, and the app for requesting a shuttle bus on return is brilliant.

Whether it’s 4pm on a weekday or 3am on a Sunday morning, we’ve always found the drivers to be incredibly friendly and punctual. Fantastic service every time, and we’ll definitely be booking with them again! Highly recommended.

We had always used the main airport carpark. When we parked there at Christmas, we returned to a scuff mark on side of car. I saw Sky Park advertised, and after reviewing their security decided to give them a go. We couldn't have been happier. The ease of booking, ongoing communication was excellent and prompt. On our arrival home after a month overseas, Terry picked up at the terminal. Process again was easy. Press a link and you are updated until the vehicle arrives to collect you We had a full minibus with people arriving from overseas and people visiting Victoria. There was a family, us as a couple and friends travelling together. Terry made everyone feel welcome with his banter and fabulous sense if humour. He included everyone in a conversation all the way to the carpark. Amazingly he recalled everyone's name. I hope the other passengers felt as I did, that we were important and considered by Terry. Great job guys on a fabulous and first class experience with your company. A big thankyou to Terry on his professionalism and being such a genuine person.

We arrived at Melbourne Airport around 5:00 am and, after collecting our luggage, made our way to the pickup zone. While I was accessing our pickup link, my wife noticed that a SkyPark shuttle bus was already there. The driver, Terry, approached us and asked if we were travelling with SkyPark. We provided our names, which he promptly confirmed with the office. This was fantastic as we did not have to wait at all. Terry was extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment we met. He assisted us with loading our luggage, engaged with us throughout the entire journey, and even helped us unload our bags when we arrived at SkyPark. He also kindly allowed me to park close to the drop-off area, which made everything even easier. Thank you, Terry, for the exceptional service and warm welcome back home. Your professionalism and friendliness made a great first impression after a long journey. I highly recommend SkyPark Melbourne for their excellent customer service, safe and convenient parking, and reasonable rates. We will definitely be using them again!

Very convenient location to park your car when going overseas. I feel safe to leave my car with their secured facility. Shuttle bus service is on the dot. Staff are very nice and efficient. Definitely will park here next time. Highly recommended.
