Had a great experience with SkyPark Melbourne Airport Parking. The whole process was nice and smooth from drop-off to pick-up. Staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, and the shuttle service to the airport was quick and hassle-free. Everything was well organised and made travelling much less stressful. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend their service.

Great service from Terry this morning. An extremely simple process to drop off the car, then hop on the bus and be driven straight to the terminal. Terry made sure that we fully understood the process for when we came back and where we would be picked up. This is the reason why we only use Skypark in Melbourne. Great Service everytime
Terry had the shuttle bus preheated for my arrival on a very cold morning, greeting me by first name as I walked out of the lift after parking my car, he was very knowledgeable about where to go within the airport for my specific flight, only a short drive to the terminal, super easy.
2nd time I’ve used SkyPark They are great, put my Tesla on charge while I’m away and the shuttle service is convenient! A cafe next door is a nice treat too. Shoutout to Terry our driver!
I had a very pleasant experience with Terry. He was great and helped me with my heavy bags. Had a nice chat on the way to the airport.
We had Terry after dropping off a car to the Airport he was marvellous easy to chat to and very accomodating with kids and very helpful will def use your service again. If there was star more than 5 he deserves it
Very happy with our use of Sky Park. Leaving the car was easy, just a few minutes to park and then into transfer bus to the airport. Arriving home after an overnight flight it was made tolerable with the return driver, Terek, providing a welcoming and happy presence, chatting and generally ensuring that we were comfortable, safe and efficiently delivered back to our car.

Fantastic experience, seamless service all the way from booking to arriving to departure. Excellent communication from the whole team. Our driver back, Tarek was efficient and charismatic. Can't recommend this service enough.
