I have used Skypark on many occasions and find peace of mind knowing my vehicle is safe and secure in the locked up and monitored undercover carpark. The shuttle buses and never long in coming to pick us up and their drivers are very nice and well mannered. I don’t go anywhere else.

We had a fantastic experience with SkyPark and couldn’t be happier with the service. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish, with excellent communication and everything running right on time. A special thank you to Tarek, our driver, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. He went out of his way to assist us with loading and unloading all our luggage and made both the drop-off and pick-up experience so easy and stress-free. Overall, excellent customer service and a very reliable and professional service. We’ll definitely use SkyPark again for our future travels and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for airport parking near Melbourne Airport.

Had a great experience with Skypark this morning. After landing, I went to collect my car and unfortunately found that the Toyota hybrid 12V battery had drained after being parked for an extended period. I went to the Skypark office for help, and the team immediately arranged for a staff member to come and jump-start my car. Really appreciate the quick response and excellent customer service. They were very helpful and made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. Thank you, Skypark, for the great service! Highly recommended.
