This was our first time using Skypark whilst overseas for 3 weeks and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience from the time of making the booking to when we picked up our car after our trip .We had peace of mind knowing our car was in a secure place and for a reasonable price. The day prior to our return, we were sent a text message with a link to request pick up on the following day and the exact location for the pick up. Terry arrived within minutes as he was doing a drop off. He acknowledged us and let us know that he received our request. He very kindly loaded all the luggages into the van and we were off within minutes. Terry introduced himself and straight away we were in full conversation about the AFL. The banter exchange and Terry's humor made the ride back to the carpark very enjoyable. The whole process was very efficient and we highly recommend Skypark to anyone who is travelling .

Sky park is definitely my go to long term parking facility near Melbourne airport. Very easy to book and friendly staff to deal with. Shuttle bus drivers are great. The automated system for pickup from the airport works well. I have never encountered any problems using Skypark

Fabulous service from drop off to pick up. When I dropped off the car the driver was ready and organised to take us to the airport. When I was looking for parking at Melbourne Airport SkyPark popped up and had a 4.9 rating with over 2k reviews, and so I had to try them out because seriously who gives a 5 star rating to a airport parking garage. After reading the reviews and the multiple mentions of “Terry” I had the pleasure of meeting ‘Terry’ and everything that is written about him is true and why there are so many 5 star reviews. He was loading bags and people as I arrived and he still gave me a warm friendly greeting and directions on parking. Parking the car and getting on the courtesy bus was super easy and seamless. I was the only one on the run and sat up front with ‘Terry’, who you would think actually owns the business due to the way he represents the company. The rates are competitive based on other options but the service you get from Terry make it the best choice. Every airport parking company needs a ‘Terry’ and the owners really need to know what an asset he is to this business. The company also sends to text updates when you are returning and the car spaces are a great size, not like some where you can hardly open your door because they are so tight. I can see why people give this company so many 5 star reviews.
