Online booking was made so easy. Dropped off the car, jumped on a shuttle driven by Terry, who is very friendly. Realised made an error in the booking, called the service team, was very helpful to have it all sorted out. Notified that we’re ready to be picked up, waited less than 5 mins, Phillip picked us up and drove back to collect our car. If you would like undercover car park surrounding Melbourne Airport, you won’t be disappointed with SkyPark. Thanks heaps to all the crew.

Parking at SkyPark is so easy I don’t know why anyone would ever choose to park at the airport. Booking and payment is simple , the car is safe and under cover and the drop off and pick up is totally seamless. An absolutely fantastic service that is a no brainer 🌟

We don’t travel all that often, but over the years we’ve used quite a few airport parking providers. The first time we booked with SkyPark felt like a bit of a gamble because we hadn’t heard of them before. I’m so glad we gave them a go. Everything is incredibly smooth. As you drive in, the number plate recognition system checks you in automatically, so there’s no waiting around. If you choose the concierge service, they’ll even charge your EV while you’re away, which is a great option to have. When we landed back in Melbourne, we received a text message almost immediately with a link to order our pickup. No waiting on hold or making phone calls. It was quick and effortless. A special mention to our driver, Terry, who was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I honestly can’t see us choosing anywhere else to park the next time we travel. Highly recommended!

Amazing service at every point. Staff address you by your name and converse on the drive to and from the car park. Having a text on return to assure me that they would be there to pick me up worked seamless. I will return again and use this service on my next trip.

The one thing all airport car parks do is indemnify themselves of anything that happens to your car. Driving it to a car space yourself limits drivers ability to have an accident. Quick and easy. Price is very good. Shuttle drivers are respectful of you being a passenger and don’t drive like idiots.

Excellent service. The booking was made easily and the transfer van was available immediately. Pick up from the airport went very smoothly. It is about a ten minute drive to the terminal so factor this into your arrival time. Great rates for secure undercover parking.
