Our driver Terry was fantastic on our pick up and a very entertaining guy. Just what we needed after on long 12+hr flight! The booking and pick via the link is super easy and you are constantly updated. Will definitely be my go-to now when we go on holidays.

So easy to book, economical and the customer service is great. Doesn’t matter how early your flight is, they are cheery (and always remind you to check wallet, phone, passport and chargers!). Pick up is efficient and I feel car is secure.

Superb customer service! I parked the car at Skypark and arranged for my husband to pick it up in 12 days. They sent someone to pick him up from the airport and fully charge the car for his return trip. Skypark's service was excellent and smooth, fulfilling all their promises exactly as described on their website.

Easy to book, quick drop off and pick up to and from airport, friendly and helpful drivers. No problem with leaving car there. Terry who picked us up upon our return was very friendly, engaging in conversation with us, was helpful with carefully loading and unloading our luggage. Excellent experience with SkyPark! The booking process was simple, the rates were competitive, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was quick and efficient. Our car was safe and secure for the entire trip, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Great, hassle-free service from booking through to pick up. Best price, easily booked online, enter secure undercover parking with licence plate ID. Frequent shuttle bus to airport and on pickup you hit a link and a shuttle comes within minutes. Will definitely use again. Much better than Melbourne Airport long term parking.
