Fabulous service from drop off to pick up. When I dropped off the car the driver was ready and organised to take us to the airport. On return it was also very good with minimal wait between arrival and the shuttle arriving. Both drivers were lovely. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again. Thanks

When I was looking for parking at Melbourne Airport SkyPark popped up and had a 4.9 rating with over 2k reviews, and so I had to try them out because seriously who gives a 5 star rating to a airport parking garage. After reading the reviews and the multiple mentions of “Terry” I had the pleasure of meeting ‘Terry’ and everything that is written about him is true and why there are so many 5 star reviews. He was loading bags and people as I arrived and he still gave me a warm friendly greeting and directions on parking. Parking the car and getting on the courtesy bus was super easy and seamless. I was the only one on the run and sat up front with ‘Terry’, who you would think actually owns the business due to the way he represents the company. The rates are competitive based on other options but the service you get from Terry make it the best choice. Every airport parking company needs a ‘Terry’ and the owners really need to know what an asset he is to this business. The company also sends to text updates when you are returning and the car spaces are a great size, not like some where you can hardly open your door because they are so tight. I can see why people give this company so many 5 star reviews.

We have been using skypark regularly since 2024. The service is outstanding Parking is easy and the staff are professional and very friendly We get to the terminal quicker than if we were using the long term parking. Us transfer Today we had Trevor pick us up and had a laugh with us on the way back to the depot. He was very Interested in how our trip went. I would have no hesitation in recommending the skypark service to anyone wanting an efficient cost effective alternative to airport on site parking

Always park with SkyPark these days after no so good experience elsewhere. Have used them for years note. Easy to book. Always friendly efficient staff. Clean cars. Work to ensure you get to the airport if you are running late. Highly recommend.
