I could not recommend the team at Sky Parking more highly. Not only do they have an easy end-to-end service with prompt airport shuttles, friendly drivers and baby seats but they go above and beyond to ensure your family is comfortable. Terry and Jordan were so accommodating when our flight was cancelled due to a weather event and ensured that we could take and return our car to head back to the airport the following day at no additional cost. They also have a lounge where you can safely wait with kids for your car as well. I know other services were not half as flexible in difficult circumstances. This will be the only parking we book for Melbourne airport! Thanks to the team!

For someone who has never been to the airport on her own before, the anxiety was high, SkyPark made this an absolute breeze, all at an affordable price as well. We have used SkyPark 3 or 4 times now and they make the parking experience so easy. Terry is very friendly and welcoming. They collect the luggage from the car and load it into the waiting van, (we use valet parking), so all we have to do is get into the van and are taken to the airport with minimal waiting. We would highly recommend SkyPark.
