Our valet service includes scanning your car upon drop-off to ensure it is returned in the same condition. Your keys will be securely locked away in our electronic key safe during your travels.
Our staff conduct regular patrols 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also have over 120 CCTV cameras monitor the facility and automated barriers ensure controlled access.
Booking in advance ensures you secure a parking spot and saves time during check-in. Simply choose your preferred time and date and complete your booking online.
On arrival, our Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system will recognise your vehicle for easy entry, or you can scan the QR code from your booking confirmation.
For valet service, drive into the designated bay and our staff will assist with your luggage and park your car. For self-parking, unload at a drop-off zone and find a parking spot.
Relax on our shuttle bus, which will take you to the airport terminal in 8 minutes.
On your return, use the link sent to your phone to confirm your arrival, and our shuttle will pick you up. The ANPR system will recognise your vehicle for an easy exit.

If you opt for self-parking, you can take your keys with you. For valet service, your keys will be securely stored in our electronic key safe.
The height clearance at our car park entry is 2.3 metres, while valet spots and upper levels have a slightly lower clearance of 2.2 metres. Please notify us if you require a 2.3-metre clearance parking space.
Our shuttle bus services stop at the central undercover drop-off point in front of the T2 International Terminal, providing easy access to all terminals via pedestrian crossings.
To ensure you catch your flight, we recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before your desired airport arrival time to allow for parking, baggage transfer and potential traffic delays.
